It is an amazing thing to know the leading, direction and calling of God upon your life that we might come to a place that declares “It is not I that live but Christ that lives in me”

His will and purpose for my life outworked.

In like manner at Harvest City we have a strong focus to for-fill Gods purpose for us as His Church.

We understand that we are only a part solution, knitted together with like minded people that helps make up the body of Christ.

One of the directions and purposes that Christ has personally for us, as a group of believers is towards missions.

Acts 13:47

For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”

Sometimes, we may feel moved by the Spirit to provide financial support or assistance to missionaries.

We send boxes of clothes and goodies to the Philippines.

Various projects like PVC water piping in Papua New Guinea, helping in the purchase of a building in Mozambique for use by the Lord.

Whatever our involvement, missions are an important part of spreading the good news about Jesus Christ and removing “self” out of the picture.

Acts 1:8

8 but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Our vision through the vehicle of missions is to impact our city, community and the nations, through Christ’s healing Love.
